Job Duties:

(1) Analyze logistics databases to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
(2) Conduct in-depth analyses of warehousing, inventory management, and transportation systems using advanced data analysis techniques to optimize supply chain performance.
(3) Monitor and optimize inventory levels, strategize optimal order quantities based on current stock levels, projected sales, and historical data to prevent overstock or stockouts.
(4) Ensure compliance with international trade regulations for shipments from various countries, including analyzing and validating customs documentation for regulatory adherence.
(5) Develop and implement sourcing strategies for logistics services and conduct cost-benefit analyses of potential partners.
(6) Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
(7) Prepare and present analytical reports to senior management, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
(8) Establish KPIs to monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics partners.
(9) Implement solutions for complex shipping and delivery issues to meet customer expectations and improve overall logistics efficiency.
(10) Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to enhance logistics processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
